This book establishes a systematic research framework integrating macroscopic mechanical testing with meso‑/micro‑scopic morphological analysis. Utilizing three‑dimensional laser scanning, non‑destructive interlayer separation, and reverse‑engineering modeling techniques, it achieves, for the first time, a precise reconstruction and quantitative characterization of the actual geometric morphology of pavement interlayer interfaces. This framework breaks the limitations of conventional macroscopic phenomenological analysis by correlating interface topography, contact‑interlocking effects, and adhesive mechanical behavior in an organic manner. It thereby provides a theoretical basis and experimental support for gaining deeper insights into interlayer bonding mechanism and for optimizing pavement structures.
