Kym Davis is a practitioner and research fellow with the College of Business, Law and Governance at JCU. As a pracademic Kym works with industry and teaches in the university sector. Kym is a member of the Shared Services and Outsourcing Network, and the Australian Human Resource Institute.

Mohammadreza Akbari (Reza) is an Associate Professor of Management and Associate Dean (Engagement) at Central Queensland University, Australia. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Environment & Development and has authored more than 70 journal articles, books, book chapters, and conference papers on digital transformation, strategic outsourcing, and sustainability.
