Beschreibung

This 2-volume set CCIS 3155 - 3156 constitutes the proceedings of the 38th China Simulation Conference, CSC 2026, held in Changzhou, China, during October 16–18, 2026.

The total of 67 papers included in the proceedings was carefully reviewed and selected from 334 submissions. They were organized in topical sections as follows:
