Dr. Seema Joshi is a Professor in the Department of Commerce at Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. She has authored 3 books and over 70 publications. She honed her expertise at prestigious institutions—the Indian Institute of Public Administration, Institute of Economic Growth, and Indian Council for Cultural Relations.
