This book consists of 4 chapters and speak about the geopolitical strategy of Chinggis khan. First chapter addresses formation of Mongolia’s Safeguarding and defense system. Chinggis Khan not only unified the Mongol nation but also, he ensured external threats, particularly from neighboring populous states. Chinggis Khan’s geopolitical doctrine, exemplified by the principle of “strike first when threatened”. In this part also included the Power, Genius, and Historical Legacy of Chinggis Khan for instance the Art of War. Second chapter expresses consolidation of system and the establishment of world order. Chinggis Khan’s sons and grandsons executed of “stabilizing” military campaigns. As a result, the Mongols established the world’s first global order. Third chapter continues with the talk decline, revival, and fragility of defense system. Last chapter speaks about modern times: geopolitics, world order, and a brief overview of military art. From today’s vantage point, there is a growing necessity to reinterpret and analyze Chinggis Khan’s geopolitical policy in alignment with modern understandings, drawing comparisons with contemporary global dynamics.
Chimeddorj Sosorbaram was born on June 4, 1958. He received his education from military academies and colleges across Mongolia, Russia, and US CGSC, AWC and earned a Ph.D. in history in 2011. In 2006, he was Brigadier General, served as Platoon and Company Commander, and held various positions within his regiment, MoD, and GS. He served as Officer for NSC and worked as Adviser to both the Parliament and the President's Office of Mongolia. He is the author of 10 monograph books and the co-author of 10 additional books.
