Beschreibung

Brings together a selection of papers that explore the active role of people, collectively and individually, in shaping the use of information and communication technologies in an attempt to investigate how we should conceptualise it and understand its forms and limitations. Focuses on some of the specific issues around acquiring and using that knowledge of users as well as their input, how users can go beyond designer intentions, but also the limits to which they do so.
