It is a journey through the inspiring diversity of Kundalini and Hatha Yoga practice. These classes have emerged from handouts that students of our school were receiving during their teacher training program. Since they offer a great inspiration for practitioners and teachers of yoga, I decided to make them public in this form. This handy book contains about 20 beautifully illustrated stets that deal with chakras, pranas and your daily sadhana. My lineage goes back to Swami Satyanada as well as to Dhirendra Brahmachari, therefore I have also included the Sukshma Vyayama and the Pavanmuktasana inside.
