Leonardo holds a degree in Mechanical Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration, with a strong track record in new product development, industrialization, and cross-functional leadership. An advocate for structure without bureaucracy, he created the AgileST method to help organizations streamline project execution without compromising quality or innovation. Born in Brazil and now based in Germany, Leonardo is also a writer and musician, known for blending logic, creativity, and clear communication in everything he does.
