Katrin Proensa, born in Belarus in 1981, studied teaching at the Minsk State Linguistic University, with the foreign languages French and German. At 24 she came to Germany as an au pair to improve her language skills. In 2007 she started studying towards a degree in special needs education at the University of Cologne.
After her extraordinary experiences she wrote her first book in 2015 … and then he vanished in the fog … . In 2016 the sequel, They said, followed.
