Development of primary measurement procedures for the determination of Cu-containing proteins with clinical relevance

Beschreibung

The aim of this project was the development of reference measurement procedures delivering precise results that are traceable to the International System of Units (SI) for a selected bunch of clinically relevant metalloproteins.The presented work was performed within WP2 of HLT05. For the first time, a reference method traceable to the SI was developed for the quantification of SOD1.
