The difficulty level of each figure is marked with a three-star system. Every figure is shown in a photo and briefly described. There’s also a little tip under each description to help make it even easier and more comfortable. Step by step, I’ll explain how you can get into and out of each figure :-)

For practicality, the sturdy hardcover book is bound with thread stitching, so it doesn’t close on its own while open (gently press it flat to relax the binding). It has been expertly handcrafted in Hamburg and includes everything I ever dreamed of in an aerial figure book!
