Agile methods are now widespread in the development of automotive electronics. But what does that mean in concrete terms? How have mindsets and working methods changed in the development units of manufacturers and suppliers? Based on an extensive questionnaire, practitioners from management and specialist positions answer how agile practice is faring in their companies.
In this report, the analysis of the results is presented. Additional chapters provide answers to questions raised by the participants, such as the compatibility of agile methods with automotive regulations such as Automotive SPICE, functional safety or cyber security.
