Social inclusion of the vulnerable groups is more a global goal of humanity, it is the human right and therefore belongs to the preoccupations of the United Nations and the European Union. Still, the EU seems much attached to this concept in its objectives and policies and allocates resources to the integration of the excluded groups in society. This book describes the efforts to integrate the vulnerable communities (Roma, diabled, poor, abandonded children, elderly, former convits) population in Romania.
