Advisory Leaflet DWA-M 149-2E Conditions and Assessment of Drain and Sewer Systems Outside Buildings Part 2: Visual Inspection Coding System

This Advisory Leaflet applies in conjunction with DIN EN 13508-2 for visual internal inspection, i.e. the qualitative determi¬nation of the actual status of sewer systems or their components, such as drains and sewers, manholes and inspection chambers including private property drainage within the framework of maintenance. Inspections of local drainage structures or their com¬ponents can be carried out analogously where applicable. This, along with any additional application instructions necessary, is decided by the contracting authority. In the interests of uniform implementation, it includes recommendations on the application of DIN EN 13508-2 by the contracting authority. In order to facilitate application by the user, the structure corresponds to that of DIN EN 13508-2.
