The observational analysis presents an innovative psychological model for coping with inner negative structures. The author introduces the concept of the Imagio to describe the complex interplay of external triggers, bodily reactions, interpretative patterns, and internal prohibitions that can lead to anxiety and compulsive behavior. Drawing on personal experience and theoretical references to phenomenology, he demonstrates how entrenched compulsive logics can be disrupted through the deliberate construction of a counter-imagio. Using ten case examples, the book illustrates how individuals can regain their capacity to act by setting a new, sustaining certainty against their existing fears. The work does not present itself as a conventional self-help guide, but rather as a structured phenomenological analysis that points toward ways out of existential constriction.
