Standard ATV-DVWK-A 157E Sewer System Structures

Beschreibung

This Standard applies for structures in sewer systems outside buildings, which are newly installed or rehabilitated EN 752 applies for drain systems outside buildings, and EN 12056 together with the residual Standard Specification DIN 1986 (inside and outside buildings) for those underneath buildings. The basic elements of planning listed apply for planning and implementation. When required in individual cases agreement with the operator and the relevant authority is to be sought. The basic planning elements are to be supplemented by a collection of exemplary drawings, which are published in a separate Advisory Leaflet. Peculiarities, which can appear with the planning of sewer systems in rurally structured areas, are presented in their own section. Structures of centralised stormwater treatment and retention facilities are covered in Standard ATV-A 166 [Currently not available in English]. The hydraulic dimensioning of drains and sewers takes place in accordance with Standards ATV-A 110E, ATV-A 111E and ATV-A 112 [Currently not available in English].
