The proceedings at hand include the contributions of the speakers of the 13th symposium Hybrid and Electric Vehicles 2016. The Symposium is organised by ITS automotive nord in cooperation with IAV – Engineering for the Entire Vehicle and the Automotive Research Centre Niedersachsen.
The growing number of production vehicles has brought about a surge in
research and development work on electric vehicle drive systems in
recent years. At the symposium the latest solutions in the field of hybrid,
plug-in as well as electric vehicles with fuel cell and battery will be
presented in detail and discussed by scientists, manufacturers and users.
The presentation line-up has been extended to devote particular attention
to battery technology. The topics examined will also include the marketing
instruments used for launching electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.
