The scientific community and industry together are utilizing current technologies in Sustainable Product Development and Life Cycle Engineering.
From September 29 to October 1, 2004, the “Global Conference on Sustainable Product Development and Life Cycle Engineering” was held in Berlin and served as a forum for more than 100 institutional and industrial partners involved in cycle economy. Best practices from the international community were presented and future directions for research were identified. Selected publications are compiled in these proceedings
