In an increasingly competitive job market, work experience is viewed by employers as a valuable addition to the graduate CV. In a climate when employers are calling for more work-wise graduates, there is a reciprocal call on employers to support the development of students by offering work placements. This guide has been created to support any employer considering or already offering work experience placements to students within Europe either undertaking a placement within their own country or travelling abroad.
