The research and innovations are necessary to create an economic growth and social development. The exchange of knowledge is a basic of market success (synergy effect). Nowadays, the notion of innovation is treated flexibly depending on the field in which it is used. The authors treat enterprise innovation as the ability and motivation to search and commercially use the results of scientific researches.
Entrepreneurs as well as science and research people believe that there is a shortage of knowledge transfer mechanisms for innovation, innovation awareness, culture and education. Researches were contributed to increased possibilities for development and improvement of competitiveness of companies by extending the base supporting development of research, innovation, and technologies.
The publication encompasses different aspects of innovation management in enterprises, among others such elements as enterprise’s strategic analysis, chosen problems of gaining the advantage over competition, managing ERP project and raising the organisation efficiency.
