This book describes the latest developments in governance network dynamics and governance systematic of some of the largest network economies of the world: the United States, Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom and France. Based on an advanced theoretical basis on corporate governance, governance systems, and interorganizational network research the international corporate power structures are described in a comprehensive way. The aim of this work is to enhance transparency in the complex systems of corporate interlocks prevalent and describe the dramatic changes in (economic) power structure in the corporate landscapes of those economies.
