Beschreibung

Considering the "Me", "I", "Ego" of a person is a traditional field for psychology. To date, ego strength has been an important goal. The book elaborates the Transactional Analysis models of ego states, the different personality parts and how they cooperate. Moreover, given today s psychology we look at the relational aspect beween people and the mindfulness in life which has become more in the foreground.
