This book is the result of the 7th International Conference Quality Management in Higher Education (QMHE), a leading international forum for debating critical issues and trends in higher education since 1997. Bringing together key higher education stakeholders from international academia, industry, and public administration to help asking critical questions and developing viable solutions, the 2012 edition of QMHE aimed at reflecting on the highly rapid advancement of “E” systems and technologies that has been leading to new paradigms and related approaches to quality in higher education.
