LM.VM. 2023 ist eine vollständige Überarbeitung der unter LM.VM. 2014 publizierten Regeln für Planungs- und Bauaufsichtleistungen. Die Gesamtausgabe enthält neben dem Vorwort 23 Hefte mit Allgemeinen und Fachspezifischen Leistungsbildern und Regelungsvorschlägen zur individuellen Anwendung in Bauprojekten.
The regulations for planning and construction supervision services, together with the basicservices, represent a reflection of the constantly changing professional practice. Since the lastedition of the LM.VM in 2014, some areas of work have developed particularly intensively, such asBuilding Information Modelling, ESG, the Taxonomy Directive and sustainability documentation, aswell as specialist fire protection planning. In order to compile the different points of view of clients,planners, construction supervisors and contractors into an "operational programme", more than100 participants contributed their individual suggestions for further development in more than 50video conferences between the end of 2022 and the summer of 2023, which were coordinated bythe author and incorporated into the second edition.These proposals become effective exclusively through the contracts that the contractual partnersconclude in writing on the basis of this LM.VM 2023, if necessary.
