Berufliche Handlungskompetenz von betrieblichem Ausbildungspersonal

In view of the digitalisation of the professional world, the further development of the professional skills of company training personnel is becoming more important. Adapting the training opportunities for this target group to these current requirements is a decisive factor. This technical paper presents the results of the project "Vocational competence of in-company training personnel - development and validation of a competence model" as part of the conceptual work on the "Leando" internet portal for training and examination personnel by the BIBB. Expert interviews (N = 16) are used to validate and differentiate a theoretically derived competence model for operationalising the professional competence of trainers. The result is a model that takes up the current requirements for this target group and can be used in various fields of application.
