According to the findings of social-service-users research and based on critical theoretical perspectives on social work, the book reconstructs the conditions for enabling and preventing solidarity processes between professionals and users in the post-welfare-state, especially in so-called “measures of activation and reintegration of unemployees”. The findings are condensed into a “Grounded Theory of ,coherent relatedness‘”, in which modes of social work in solidarity become recognizable.
