Michael Osterhold
Dr. Michael Osterhold studied physics at the Ruhr-University, Bochum (Germany), and received his Ph.D. in Experimental Physics in 1988. He then joined the Research Dept. of former Herberts Comp. (Hoechst Group), Wuppertal (Germany), since 1999 DuPont Performance Coatings, where he was responsible for the unit R&D Services EMEA (incl. Physics & Analytical). In 1995 he was recipient of the Farbe&Lack-Prize. He is author of about 70 scientific/technical papers. Since 2011 he has been working as a scientific consultant and as an adjunct Professor of Physics at an University of Applied Science.
