Scheduling-Location Algorithms with Applications in Evacuation Planning

Beschreibung

In this thesis, combinations of the classical optimization problems of machine scheduling, facility location, and vehicle routing are considered and algorithms to solve these problems simultaneously are introduced. The results are applied to problems arising in evacuation planning.
