Development of a risk based decision analysis system for project management in construction projects

This work makes use of new developments on the fields of Decision Analysis, together with Risk management in its quantitative form and especially using new emerging theories from the artificial intelligence applied in the construction projects. Through this work a new tool is developed for Project development combining decision and risk analysis and making use of commercial software for its implementation in the practice. Decision Analysis becomes in this form an important instrument for the development of construction projects and provides transparency to the process.
