The Proceedings collects the papers of the 11th Workshop "Digital Broadcasting" held on September 15 and 16, 2010 in Erlangen, Germany. This event continues a successful series of workshops held alternately in Ilmenau and Erlangen to introduce the newest developments in the area of Digital Broadcasting.
The emphasis of the workshop is on bringing experts together from research institutes, universities, industry, network providers and radio stations to provide a forum for the exchange of new ideas, developments and applications in this challenging field.
Topics are system design, receiver and transmission technology, field testing and service implementation of Digital Radio and Digital Broadcasting in the AM and FM bands as well as broadcasting to mobile users from satellites.
