Lucie Bernroider
Lucie Bernroider works at the Weltmuseum Wien. Between 2020 and 2026, she held various positions at the DFG-funded Collaborative Research Centre »Re-Figuration of Space« (CRC 1265) at Technische Universität Berlin. Previously, she was a project researcher at the Cluster of Excellence »Asia and Europe in a Global Context« at Universität Heidelberg, where she completed her doctorate in anthropology. Her research focuses on spatial theory, urban anthropology, feminist methodologies and cultural memory, with a regional focus on South Asia. Her work included extended stays in Delhi and an affiliation with the Delhi School of Planning and Architecture and also engages with science communication and the mediation of research in cultural institutions.
