Learning and change are necessary to stay competitive in today’s business environment.Research shows that reflection is connected to individual learning and change but little is known about how reflection is experienced and what the benefits of reflection are in the business environment. Increasing numbers of women have entered high level management positions and own their own businesses. This book describes the experiences of women with reflection and their reflective ability.
