After the adoption of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court legislators have to face serious challenges. This second volume further pursues the comparative constitutional law analysis, which the first volume began to explore, and moves on to the area of State cooperation with the ICC, which is legally intriguing and of pivotal practical importance. The collection comprises 20 national and 2 regional reports covering every continent.
