Referral of Cases from International to National Criminal Jurisdictions

Beschreibung

The study deals with the so called �Completion Strategy� for the International Criminal Tribunals for Rwanda and the former Yugoslavia which enable these Tribunals to refer cases to national criminal jurisdictions. These referrals raise numerous questions regarding international law and criminal procedure law.
