This Austrian EPPO/OLAF volume focuses on EPPO and OLAF investigations, also in relation to national partners. It contains general provisions of the Austrian Code of Criminal Procedure, the Federal Act implementing the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO-DG) (EUStA-DG EU), customs law and more. Dr Thomas Flörl has acted as the publication’s national expert. While written in English, the volume includes footnotes that reproduce the original Austrian legislation in German.
