Determination and Influence of Na Supply and Se Flux During Growth of Cu(In,Ga)Se2 Thin Films

Beschreibung

The supply of Na and Se during the growth of Cu(in,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) thin films controls the final CIGS film and solar cell properties to a high degree. This work studies the Na transport in the CIGS/Mo/glass system that determines the Na supply of the growing dilm and examines the influence of the Se flux on the final film properties.
