Optical Interferometers

Optical interferometers are used in many applications in industrial measurement technology as well as scientific measurement instruments. Emphasis is laid on the design of optical interferometers. To this end, special optical components are also treated in detail, polarization-optical techniques are presented, and aspects of dynamic measurement techniques are covered. An introduction into optical tolerancing analyses is considered useful for the purpose of creating robust devices.
