reagents used in validating all proposed and

gas and liquid-chromatographic procedures in the
Pharmacopeial Forum and USP-NF. It includes the
corresponding USP 'L,' 'S', or 'G' designation
and the type of test employing the
chromatographic method. The handbook also
provides an index of manufacturers and
alternative column reagents that can be used to
carry out official methods. Chromatographic
Reagents helps to increase accuracy and
consistency of results while conducting official
tests and assays.
This edition of Chromatographic Reagents provides
the brand names and manufacturers of column
reagents used in validating all gas and liquid
chromatographic prodedures in the USP 27-NF 22
main edition as
well as in Pharmacopeial Forum issues through
October 31, 2003.
The list of column brand names in Chromatographic
Reagents is updated bimonthly through special
supplements published in the Pharmacopeial Forum.
The supplements are perforated and can be removed
and inserted into a convenient storage pocket
provided at the back of the main Chromatographic
Reagents book. A complete and up-to-date listing
of branded column reagents is available as part
of USP-NF Online.
