The five English contributions record the empirical material, the methodical execution and the presentation of the support system to support and accelerate the learning and innovation transfer between the European areas, which the EU subsidised within the scope of Prevalet.
The web-based support network soft open method of coordination (SMOC) developed in this context shall facilitate the cooperation between the regional governments regarding continuous professional development issues and is available to all institutions interested in continuous professional development as a platform for information and exchange.
The concepts developed for this cooperation are presented in the volume "Learning among Regional Governments" (978-3-7639-3577-2).
