Designing Transfer-Oriented Continuing Training

Beschreibung

The publication entitled "Designing continuing training for an optimal transfer effect" is based on the experience gained and conceptual ideas developed by the Training of Trainers Devision of the Federal Institute for Vocational Training (BIBB). This Devision identifies innovative concepts in initial vocational training practice and develops from them concepts intended to support the planning and implementation of seminars mainly for persons engaged in initial vocational training but also for other training or counselling personnel in any multiplier capacity.
