In this auto-ethnography you will find extended input about my way to the techniques of aerial silk training sessions.
I photographed myself during the sessions by taping them, which I used for my android telephone. Then I went on into the post-production to find more perceptive information about my training. Little did I do, to strengthen my muscles. This photos merely characterize myself as an actor within my lifetime.
