Rebecca Loebbert, geboren 1999 in Essen, liebte sie es schon als kleines Mädchen, Geschichten zu erfinden und zu reiten. Als Zwölfjährige schrieb sie über ihre Familie und Hunde. Nach dem Abitur folgte ihr erster Roman: „Der Keltische Gobelin“.
Vor drei Jahren begegnete sie Silvano, dem kleinen weißen Pony, das ihr Herz im Sturm erobert hat.
Heute studiert sie Literatur und Schottische Geschichte an der University of the Highlands and Islands am Inverness College und
arbeitet für das Estate Team des National Trust for Scotland, das sich um den Erhalt des bekannten Culloden Battlefields kümmert.
In ihrem Roman "Der kleine Pferdehof in den Highlands" hat Rebecca Loebbert nun ihre Liebe zu Pferden mit ihrer Liebe zu der rauen Landschaft und romantischen Kulisse der Highlands verbunden.
