But to achieve them, we have to finally start taking a long-term approach to things. Many people start exercising, try dieting or start a business and give up after only a few days, weeks or months. What is the reason for this lack of discipline? My name is Carmen Carrasco and in this book I want to give you some tips on self-discipline that will give you iron discipline.
