So there I was, a few sleepless nights into my breakup, zombie-like and feeling entirely numb, typing “how do I survive my stupid breakup” into an online search engine. Finding all the answers lacking. So I somehow just decided to write my own advice book.
This book delves into the differences between being introverted and extroverted, and how that might influence our (love) lives, while hopefully entertaining with personal anecdotes, poetry and some fun facts about human beings you might not have heard or thought about.
Sophie Lurssen
Sophie Lurssen lives in an apartment that she shares with about thirty tiny succulent plants, in the cosy artist’s quarter of Hansestadt Bremen, where people seem to never sleep and lots of things are cheerfully queer and quaint.
Her forename is actually Sophie but she wants you to know Lurssen is a nice-looking spelling of her favourite grandfather’s surname, whom she wasn’t blood related to, because she believes that we choose our family.
When she isn’t writing brilliant books, she can be found being a barista and baker at the cutest little café, mostly because she can eat cake every other day that way.
