Beschreibung

A retrospective show of the works of the great German painter that focuses on his paintings from the last ten years, in addition to some earlier pieces. Daniel Richter’s works are characterised by bright colours, strong contrasts and emotional depth. His unmistakable signature style, situated somewhere between figurative narrative and abstract composition, is evident in the 58 works collected here that reflect social and political themes as well as personal and mythological motifs.
