The purpose of this How-to Manual is to get familiar with all the methods available on Senti and Sentiero devices. Tutorials are provided on how to do TEOAE, DPOAE, ABR, ASSR, ac. Reflex & Audiometry.
The purpose of this How-to Manual is to get familiar with all the methods available on Senti and Sentiero devices. The methods described range from pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry (with or without noise, in freefield or with headphones), image based and play audiometry (MAGIC and MATCH), transient and distortion product otoacoustic emissions (OAE), automated cochlear threshold testing (DP Threshold), new methods in OAE (FMDPOAE), auditory evoked potentials (ABR, ASSR) to middle ear impedance testing (incl. acoustic reflex).
All methods are quickly described together with the intended use and the device types for which the respective module is available to provide an overview in section 2.
Information about general aspects of the method including the scientific background and its practical use are explained for all test methods in section 3: Methodology, Practical Use, Scientific Background.
