Gleitzeit is a technique based on visual and theoretical
flexibility. A painting that shows a composition of art
based on the depiction, evolution, and understanding of a
circle. An art expression of imagery that seeks to reveal an
abstract idea of flexibility and its connection to multiple
principles. Bluebird’s Gleitzeit forms and colors draw out
certain emotion and influence the subconscious mind of
the viewer by causing optical illusion. It looks like a
hypnotism session in which the pattern of a line is the
primal creator of what ever is associated or disassociated
from the theme of the painting.

Manfred Juengling is a native German and fine arts painter, who signs his work as Bluebird. He resided in Tehran, Nairobi, Lagos, Douala, Moscow, Karachi, and London, as well as a variety of other cities and countries during his career.His experience of diverse cultures adds a rich international feel to his art. In most of his work, you will find an evocative optical illusion of light, created by the movement and mixture of its stimulating colors. One can see the longitudes and latitudes, the topography and intensity of Manfred's sojourn.As a former aircraft engineer, Manfred infuses this acrylic on canvas with airiness and feeling of flight.
