Land Registration and Cadastre in selected European Countries

Beschreibung

This publication is one more in the series of publications on real property rights in the new Member States of the European Union and Candidate Countries within the series of publications of the Center of Legal Competence (CLC). It is based on the results of the comparative study ‘Review and Analysis of Real Property Registration and Cadastre Systems in Eastern and South-Eastern Europe’ commissioned by the World Bank within the framework of the Austrian Trust Fund, and intends to give an overview on the land registration and cadastre systems of selected old and new EU Member States and South Eastern European Countries, thereby outlining their strengths and weaknesses.
