The lay organization Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International, founded by Demos Shakarian (1913-1993), has thousands of local chapters worldwide and is represented in nearly one hundred countries. However, it remains a subject of historical inquiry which businessmen were present at the inaugural breakfast meeting at Clifton's Cafeteria in Los Angeles on October 13, 1951.
