Dr. Andreas Gorbach is Managing Director for the global engine and axle platforms of the Truck and Bus Group of Daimler AG. Before he held various management positions in Research & Development of engines, transmissions and exhaust systems. He holds a degree (Diplom) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, studied Advanced Dynamics and Control at the University of Wisconsin, and completed his PhD in the area of gas purification processes at the University of Stuttgart.
